jlicrown reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jlicrown reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that jlicrown deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
jlicrown accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlicrown does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

jlicrown's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlicrown account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlicrown makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
